After just three weeks in power and five executive orders, Donald Trump is facing 84 lawsuits — most are targeting his controversial ban on citizens of seven predominantly Muslim countries from entering the U.S. In a unanimous decision, the San Francisco-based 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals declined Thursday to block a lower-court ruling that suspended the travel ban. Trump faces lawsuits about financial conflicts of interest, federal funds to sanctuary cities and a climate-change suit. More than 60 lawsuits have been filed under the Immigration and Nationality Act, Religious Freedom Restoration Act, Bill of Rights and Administrative Procedures Act.
